Award winning Total Body Fitness is offering Sports Specific training starting April, weather permitting. Training is available for adults as well as kids of all ages and levels. Our 6 or 12 week program will provide a challenging workout while helping improve strength, speed, agility, flexibility, and explosive power. No matter what sport you or your child play, this program will provide the physical training required to perform your best.
