Total Body Fitness & Wellness, downtown Brampton’s only award winning private training fitness studio, is proud to offer Free Sports Specific Saturdays every Saturday in May at 12:30pm. This is your chance to train with Brampton’s top sports specific/conditioning trainer, Ian King. This boot-camp style plyometrics training will help you build strength and stamina, speed and quickness, flexibility and agility, thus improving your overall performance in any sport. All you have to do to be eligible is to “like” us on Facebook at http://facebook.com/ TBFitnessIan and bring in 2 non-perishable food items to be donated to the Ste Louise Outreach of Peel Food Bank.
